Fall Line Softball

Come out to enjoy a fun game of coed softball. We start on the 1st Thursday in May and play every Thursday through August. Pre-game warm-up is at 6 PM. The games are informal and a great way to remain social during the off-ski season. There is a barbeque after the 2nd and 4th Thursday games at Steve Archibald’s home. Admission is $7.00 for the game, Hot Dogs, Beer, Wine and Insurance.  (For those attending the game only, the fee is $2.00, for those attending the after-game party only it is $5).

Games are played at the Old Barclay Intermediate School just off Covered Bridge Rd in Cherry Hill, NJ.  Directions: Take Route 70 West from Route 295. At the first light make a left onto Covered Bridge Rd by taking a right jughandle in front of the Clarion Hotel. Cross back over Route 70 and make your 4th right onto Dorado Drive.  Continue to stop sign and make left onto Winston Way. The School is on your right and parking is on the right side of the building.  Call Ken Heath 610-368-8935 for more information!! 

There are three additional games that Fall Line plays against South Jersey Ski Club. The next game against SJSC will be an away game on Tuesday 7/29. Their field is The Earlton Softball Field and is located on Jefferson Ave just off of Park Blvd. It is on the North side of  Park Blvd. You can get to Park Blvd from Kings Highway South on the east end or from Grove Street coming from the west. Park in the parking lot next to the outfield of the playing field. Do not park on the street behind the 3rd base line, this is a residential area. Play starts about 5:45pm and goes until dusk. Afterwards we will gather at Finnigan's Pub in the Woodcrest Playdrome off of Route 295, exit 32. Just follow somebody there the first time! The next game against SJSC will be 8/14 at Fall Line's home field.
