MS 150 BIKE TOUR 2008

September 27^th & 28^th

Calling all bikers!! Motorless that is!! Have you been riding your bike this summer and you’re feeling strong? Well, there is still room for you on the Fall Line MS150 bike team and it’s not too late to join up and raise your sponsorship fee!!

We have a Fall Line bike team who will be riding in the 28^th annual MS150 City to Shore Bike Tour. This beautiful and scenic ride begins in Cherry Hill and takes you thru the blueberry fields of Hammonton, the South Jersey Pine Barrens and down to the Jersey Shore, stopping in historic Ocean City. We will spend the night in Ocean City and ride back on Sunday. If you would like to ride Saturday “only”, there is a shuttle that will bring you back Saturday night.

“Don’t worry it’s not a race”. There are rest stops every 15-20 miles stocked with fresh fruit, snacks and refreshing beverages.

You can sign up for this ride online by going to: www.MSCYCLING.org and make sure to sign up as a Fall Line Team Member, then you will receive a great looking “Royal Blue” Fall Line Team Jersey. Jerseys are limited, so sign up “now”. There is a $50 registration fee. All riders are also responsible for raising a minimum of $250 in donations to participate. Ask your employer, friends and co-workers if they will sponsor you, you’ll be surprised how quickly you can raise this amount and more. It’s all for a great cause; this money goes directly to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Our next training ride will be on Sunday, September 7^th. We will meet around 8am at the Deauville Inn in Strathmere NJ for an 8:30am start and will be riding approximately 40 miles, ending back at the Deauville in time for lunch. Call Jane for details.
